Yoga simply means union. Combination of yoga leads to action. There are three types of yoga, Manayoga, Vachanyoga, Kayayoga. The mind is fickle, emotions arise in the mind, according to the feelings, there is a saiyam-asayyam of speech, of words, and good-inauspicious or worthy-unworthy actions from the body. To control all this one needs to do yogic kriyas or yogasanas.
Each of the asanas has control over a certain organ, due to their effect, all our actions are done in a healthy, healthy, positive way. In today's changing lifestyle, meditation is essential to remain happy and stress free. Due to this, the toxins of the mind, body, thoughts come out and there is an increase in health. To stay away from medicine, meditation should be done.Yoga also has spiritual significance. Our soul is connected with the body. Through yoga we can clarify the difference between body and soul. In Jainism, Kayotsarga means the release of the body. You have to experience that soul and body are separate while you are alive. In that too, the mind, speech and body should be controlled and self-realization should be done.Lord Mahavir also exposed the complete self-knowledge by doing meditation and Kayotsarga (Kaussag) for 12.5 years. Karmayoga is also mentioned in Shrimad Bhagavad Gita. Later, Bhaktiyoga and Jnanayoga are also mentioned in many scriptures.
