These feelings may not be in your hands yet, but it is in your hands to give them a direction.Maybe when you're angry, you can't love; You cannot suddenly turn your anger into love, but anger itself can be turned. Anger is great energy, isn't it? Give him the right direction, that's all. If every part of your energy, every aspiration, feeling, thought is concentrated in one direction, the result will be very soon. Things will happen. Once you know that something great is out there and you want to be there, there should be no question about that.

Self-realization cannot be achieved by half-hearted efforts

Then comes a certain kind of satisfaction. You have always been taught that a bird in your hand is more valuable than two birds sitting on a bush. What is here now is better than anything else anywhere else. You need to understand this – it is not somewhere else, it is here and now. Since you are not here yourself, that's how you look. God is not anywhere else, he is just here. You are absent. That's the only problem. It's not hard, but it's certainly not easy either. It's absolutely easy. It's very easy to walk to infinity from where you are now, because it's right here. Know that what is easy may not necessarily be easy. It is very subtle and delicate. Unless you put your whole life energy into it, it will not open.

God never comes with half-hearted calls. Self-knowledge is never achieved if you try half-heartedly. Everything has to happen, then it can happen in a moment. It will take twelve years, it is not. It may take twelve years for a fool to develop intensity in himself, that is a different matter. If you create a lot of intensity within yourself, it will happen in just a moment. After that life becomes blessed. Then you live easily, whatever path you choose, however you like. But doing all kinds of absurd things without creating that moment - what's the use?
